We will gently, joyfully and sensitively … explore, muse, create, move, play, laugh, meditate, soundbathe, share and journal our way through what it means to us to be "Alive, Here 'n' Now."

With free time for contemplation and meandering or to visit the local beaches, shops and restaurants.

About Nerja:
Nerja is a small vibrant Andalucian town with beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters, and many nooks and crannies to explore, you may read more about the town here, here and here!
Additional costs to consider:
TRAVEL EXPENSES & INSURANCE:
Malaga airport is around 45-minutes away from Nerja and flight prices from the UK start at around €75/rtn.
Busses to/from Nerja run directly from the airport once a day and take around 90 mins costing €5. They also run from Malaga Centre approximately every 30-40 minutes also costing around €5.
It is advisable to book online prior to travel if you know which bus for certain you'll be catching, or if you're flexible with time and happy to wait for the next available bus you may buy a ticket at the bus stand or on the bus.
Taxi’s costs around €70 each way depending on time of day and exact location.
ACCOMODATION:
Plus accommodation of your choosing prices start from €50/night for a single room.

MEALS:
There are many cafes and restaurants offering a wide variety of meal choices as well as traditional Andalusian meals. A few places also offer gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. An average main meal and a drink will cost around €10 - €15 per person.
​
For those interested there will be the opportunity to experience trance light meditations at an additional cost.
​

​A deposit of €49 will hold your place, this is non-refundable so please make sure you're able to join prior to sending any money.

Full amount due 21-days prior to retreat. No refunds can be given 21-days prior to retreat.

If you have paid in full prior to this and then need to cancel for any reason, and give more than 21-days notice we will refund the full amount (less deposit).
​
If for any reason we need to cancel the retreat (only likely to happen if there's an unexpected global circumstance!) we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and refund you the full amount (less deposit).

Sacred Space and Privacy
This weekend event is held as sacred space, no parts of the sessions are recorded either via audio or video, and you'll be asked to keep your phone on airplane mode or turned off during the sessions.
To respect privacy photographs may only be taken with prior consent of the attendees, and if sharing anything on social media please check the participants and myself are comfortable for you to do so, prior to uploading.

It is one of my missions to bring back awareness of privacy in sacred spaces and ensuring what we share together remains an act of great trust and respect for ourselves and for one another.
