My perspective is pretty free-flowing ... as believe there's likely a practice for each of us, for a reason or for a season (if you like the feel of yoga that is, hehe if not then ignore this whole yoga blurb!). If you get bored, fed up or grow out of a practice (any practice), GREAT ... that's something to celebrate!!
Move on, that practice has been a stepping stone into something new.
