Our 30-minute "Attune Your Intuition" sessions are a blend of gentle hatha yoga, Yoni Shakti and Instinctive Meditation® with variations each week.

Pausing ... to tune out of the external razzmatazz, and tune in with our unique connection and expression of breath, body and life force...

Intention: Attune Your Intuition

Type of Practice: Gentle

Length of Session: 30 mins

Location: Online via Zoom

When: Monday's 10-10.30am CET 

Description:

 

We open with a loving welcome and set our intentions. Then ground with a gentle breath practice. Movements are slowly introduced to the body. As it's the (my) first practice of the day we go slow, feeling into any tightness or creaky bits that may have appeared overnight, and then bring awareness to the space created as we gently stretch and open into varios shapes. Our final treat is a life affirming Instinctive Meditation from The Radiance Sutra's, before closing, and sharing our well wishes with everyone.

All can be carried out on a chair or on a mat/rug on the floor and these sessions are suitable for all ages, body shapes and abilities. With wholehearted encouragement for you to honour what your body, mind and spirit needs in the moment.

💝 Living In The Gift 💝

Our Monday "Attune Your Intuition" sessions are offered FREE for those who join LIVE, as part of "Living In The Gift". If you feel called to make a financial exchange, then all gifts are much appreciated (enter any amount you like on the sign-up page) but this is not expected or required for these sessions.

 

You'll Need:

👍 A chair or mat to sit or lay down on.

👍 A blanket and cushion or two so you're comfy and cosy.

👍 Warm socks and/or a blanket if it's chilly wherever you are.

 

Who Might Like These Sessions:

✅ Those who want to start their day off intentionally.

✅ Peri, in-the-midst-of-it, and post menopausal women. However, these sessions are not exclusive, so all ages (above 16) and all genders are welcome.

✅ Anyone who wants easy gentle breath practices, movement and meditation.

✅ Those who wants time to hone in on their intuitive gifts.

✅ Anyone who wants to join a friendly group of yogini's.

✅ Anyone who is achy, creaky, feeling low or recovering from illness.

✅ Speedy-go-getters, or those under pressure/stress, who'd like to relax for a while.

✅ Those who want to take responsibility for their body, mind and energetic spirit.

 

These Sessions May Not Be Ideal For:

✖️Anyone who wants lots of movement or a focussed alignment practice.

✖️Terminology that relates to the female body and menopause may be used, if this offends you then these sessions may not be suitable.
