Join us for a ONE DAY Yoni Shakti Shimmer n Shake!
Currently I'm looking at dates for November, to be able to share a small group offering in nature, close to London, for our lovely UK based peeps!
​
Ideal for peri, "in-the-midst-of-it" and post menopausal women.
Including delicious yoga/yoni nidra's, spirally breast, belly, hip and pelvic based movements, sound bathing, enlivening our "mid-life" siddhi's and a few prrr's of pleasure!

A playful day, with a touch of mischief!

If it's possible we might also be able to live-stream for those unable to travel to London.
