Our 30-minute Morning Movement & Meditation sessions (or as I like to call them, our Mmm's!) are roughly divided into three parts.
We open with a gentle breath practice, then introduce some movement to the body.
As it's the (my) first practice of the day we go slow, feeling into any tightness or creaky bits that may have appeared overnight, and then bring awareness to the space created as we gently stretch and open into various shapes. Our final treat is a life-affirming meditation from The Radiance Sutra's, before closing, and sharing our well wishes with everyone.
All may be carried out on a chair or on a mat/rug on the floor and these sessions are suitable for all ages, body shapes and abilities.
Our Morning Movement & Meditation Sessions are offered on a donation basis as part of "Living In The Gift".
You'll need:
A chair or mat to sit on, or lay down on.
A blanket and cushion or two so you're comfy and cosy.
Warm socks if it's cold
Ideal for anyone who wants a very easy and gentle start to the day.
Not suitable for anyone who wants lots of movement or a focussed alignment practice.

Day 'n' Time:
Online "Morning, Movement & Meditation" sessions are held:
Every 1st, 2nd and 3rd ish Monday of each month (except July & August)
We cycle with the Moon so please check specific dates at the time of booking thank you :)
At: 8.30-9am UK time.
