Here's YOUR Invitation To Join Us For A Day Out of 'Ordinary' Time
With Easy Peasy Deeelicious Rest And Doing Nothingness!
Sunday 1st December - 11am - 4.30pm CET, that's 10am - 3.30pm UK time
Online via Zoom
Bring your snuggly blankets and pillows, a journal with pen/pencils and things to colour with, and maybe a few pieces of fruit, or chocolate and some nuts, and warm drinks if chilly.
We'll luxuriate in and out of deeelicious yoga nidras and sound baths that will be co-created with the group and energies of the day ... playing with the time, space continuum and with nothing to do but rest in your own snuggly space.

10am-12.30pm and 1pm-3.30pm GMT
